Elaboration:

Harvested by hand. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes:

Yellow colour with lemon highlights. Opulent and fresh. Citrus zest, pear,

honeysuckle and mineral hints. Succulent fruit and good acidity.
